In our restaurant we offer you seasonal cooking. Alpine herbs, home-grown vegetables and regional products from Simplon Dorf and Zwischbergen, prepared by our Chef, Fabienne and served for you. The speciality of the Valais, 'Cholera', homemade, is on our menu. For your events we will be happy to arrange a personal menu. The Stockalperturm restaurant will entice you on a culinary journey with the Surprise Menu. If you prefer vegetarian or vegan food we will prepare and serve your meal according to your wishes.
